Does the product not meet your expectations? Or is there another reason you want to send the product back. How much we regret this too, we understand that there are cases in which you want to return. Within the 14 day period, we accept the returns.
Return method:
• Send us the first reason for the return. We would like to learn what went wrong. The mail can be sent to: info@jkdrumsystems.com
• Make a copy of the invoice and add it to the package.
• Frankeer your package sufficiently.
• The products are undamaged.
• Do not exceed your 14 day deadline.
• We will take the return as soon as possible.
• When meeting the terms, it will be repaid to the order value of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are for the buyer’s account.
